Checking You Sources
Here are some tips for you to investigate whether the information is a hoax or not:
- Re-read the information. Send it to some of your friend who are interest in that subject. Ask for their opinion about the source, and how they react.
- Know who made/wrote it. Try to find some more articles/video that they make.
- Read some comments that people make about the video. (If there are comments)
- Try to find or think about the creator's goal and their audience .
- Check their information online, see how many people agree and write the same things.
Flotilla Protests Homework
Have you had a look on various sources to find
out what Marc (Marc3pax)does?
I found an
article about him on Telegraph website, which is a very reliable newspaper. They
said that Marc real name is Omer Gershon, an
Israeli actor that participated in marketing. And Israeli government was
the one who produced this video.
How does this video relate to the flotilla
movement?
This video
was Israeli government effort try to convinced people to think bad about the
flotillas, Hamas and Palestinian government. They
want to create an bad image
about Palestinian in order to get people go on their side, the
Israel side.
Is the video objective?
This is
100% biased since this video belong to the Israeli government, who
is involved in this conflict with Palestinian. Even his name is not real.
Is there evidence supporting Marc3pax’s
findings?
Not
really, most of the information about gays Palestinians and their rights I
found is on Wikipedia and they
don't have
references. So I don't know where they get these information reliable or not.

Project 1 Review Wordle
I think I used just a few keywords in my project review. Most of my review was my opinion about the project so I didn't really used a lot of keywords. If I can do my project review again, I will use more key words explaining about the brochure more.

8 Things I Should Includes in My Leaflet
- A tittle so people will know what the leaflet talk about.
- A paragraph to explain the purpose of the trip.
- Images to make the leaflet become user friendly.
- Brief introduction about Tokyo to persuade them and answer the question why Tokyo but not other countries.
- Safety guidelines and insurances are some of the things to persuade parents. These things make them less concern about their children safety.
- Reply form is necessary because I need to know if parents agree to let their children go or not.
- Rules and suggestion are kind a like number 6, to make parents less concern about the kids safety.
- Activities we'll be doing in Tokyo so parents can understand more about the trip and know what their children will be doing.

Blog Introduction
This is Maria's ICT blog. I like green things, anything except for broccoli. When I'm bored, I like to take pictures randomly and edit it. But I really hate when people take my picture. Since I like to take pictures a lot, I love traveling to take picture of famous places, also some natural scenes around the world.
If I could give any advice to a person that will be studying ICT for the first time, I'll tell them that they must follow instruction and pay attention in class. Because some of the things in ICT like Excel are really hard to use. If they don't follow instruction, they probably going to fail ICT.
My target this year is to improve my publisher and excel skill. Those are the things that I consider hard in ICT. Hopefully, I'll remember some of the formulas in Excel because I messed up a lot in the excel project last year. Also, publisher is a nightmare when i have to fix the text box around and try not to cross the margin.
